Registrants will receive an email on Thursday, December 4, that contains a reminder about the event along with a materials download link. To ensure you receive all of our event communications, including the materials download link, please be sure to add [email protected] to your list of “safe senders.”
Additionally, you can download the seminar materials from this website beginning Wednesday, December 3.
CLE approval is currently pending with the Oklahoma Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, and Arkansas Bar Association.
It is expected this program will qualify for a maximum of 7.0 hours (4.5 general and 2.5 ethics) of CLE credit by the Oklahoma Bar Association and for a maximum of 5.5 hours (3.5 general and 2.0 ethics) by the State Bar of Texas and the Arkansas Bar Association. Please note that this year’s agenda includes two hours of ethics presentations.
Attendance will be reported to the Oklahoma Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, and Arkansas Bar Association no later than Friday, December 26. Once attendance has been reported, we will update this FAQ webpage with the actual date it was submitted.
You will need to self-report your attendance. If your state bar association requires a “Certificate of Attendance” to process your CLE request, please let the person working the check-in desk on the day of the event that you will need one, and we will email you a certificate no later than Friday, December 26. You can also email [email protected] with your request before Friday, December 12.
